Sean Conlin is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Federal Government consulting practice. He combines industry experience as a Chief Operating Officer and extensive management consulting experience in leading and managing large-scale, public and private sector transformation programs. Sean is a leader in Deloitte’s federal security and supply chain management services lines. In his various roles, Sean has managed complex transformation project for large and small organizations with projects ranging from strategic planning through to operations. Individual projects that concentrate on delivering substantial value through transformation include global supply chain restructuring, stakeholder management, enterprise risk management, financial restructuring, and complex ERP/IT implementations. Most recently, he has assisted federal clients in standing up and maturing major, large-scale security programs. Mr. Conlin holds three engineering degrees and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management – Northwestern. Mr. Conlin and his family are strong supporters of our nation’s troops as founders and stewards of a non-profit dedicated to helping wounded service members.
