PMCDP Training

To ensure that all project certification applicants are provided with the best resources for obtaining and maintaining their current level(s) of certification, the PMCDP has developed training courses that will help enhance the necessary project management skills needed to tackle the complex array of projects within the DOE portfolio. OECM, at no cost to the participants, sponsors PMCDP training courses designed to provide students with the specific knowledge, skills and abilities needed to satisfy specific competency requirements of the PMCDP.

The PMCDP Course Catalog provides a more specific description of the current 28 PMCDP courses. To determine which PMCDP course is right for you to obtain or maintain your desired level of certification, please reference the Certification Equivalency Guidelines in conjunction with the PMCDP Course Catalog. If you are currently certified as a DoD Program Manager, Levels 2 or 3, your DoD training will be accepted as equivalent for many of the requisite PMCDP courses. Click here to see a crosswalk of DoD courses to the PMCDP.

Our FY 2010 PMCDP courses will be coming to DOE site near you. Click here to view a list of the upcoming PMCDP training schedule for FY 2010.

OECM is constantly working to ensure that the PMCDP is meeting the educational goals of the DOE Federal project management community. Your feedback is important to us. If you have any comments or suggestions about how we can improve our training curriculum, please feel free to contact us at PMCDP.Administration@hq.doe.gov.
